Real Life Headcrab?

Came across this little gem while trolling the nets today and got a little weirded out. Little did I know, head crabs are real creatures that live in the depths of the sea, having adapted to a life without the need to take a host and disembowel hapless scientists and rebel fighters!

THAT … is scary.
no… THAT is fake
no, i’m pretty sure it’s real…
also, I’m pretty sure all the “factual” information in the post is sarcasm/nerd wit on amrit’s part. But I maintain that that crab is a real crab, and just bears a semblance to what a headcrab looks like.
Thar be monstars in the ocean! … YAR.
haha yeah it is not a real headcrab, cause headcrabs don’t exist, like the Lock Ness Monster or Britney Spears’ dignity.
I think this is just a crab that’s had its other four legs taken off so as to resemble our favorite noggin lovin menace from the Half Life series.
It’s a normal crab missing about 6 legs
Quick Gordon get the crowbar!
It’d be more beleiveable if it had the two stubby legs at the front under the pinchers, if the pinchers were regular legs, if it had six eyes (HL1 head crabs had 6, but HL2 head crabs didn’t), and if it had the “mouth” apendages at the front…and not the crab mouth…..but still if I saw this, I’d react with a crowbar.
i saw a true head crab and i am not kidding it was in my trashcan with a bunch of the little demons in there probably newborns but there was no mom around so i immediately got my lighter fluid a match and lit it up into a bonfire i unlike some people know that headcrabs are real i am serious you can laugh all you want saying im crazy but i know what i saw
